Time to Know Osteosarcoma

T2KO is a nonprofit organization founded by Zac Pettit in 2021 & born out of a profound personal journey. Zac’s best friend, Zane, was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, at the tender age of 19. Witnessing Zane’s courageous battle against this merciless disease, which ultimately claimed his life, inspired Zac to take action. Zane’s struggle became the catalyst for the creation of T2KO. His journey, marked by surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation, underscored the urgent need for greater awareness, support, and research in the fight against Osteosarcoma.

Our Mission

T2KO’s mission statement is to help spread awareness for Osteosarcoma and help those directly in need through funding, social connections, networking in with other individuals and families that have been affected as well as help funding with research. We also are heavily involved with the mental health battle of Osteosarcoma for those directly in need as well as families, friends and in overal general.
